Key Responsibilities
As a TLB Operator / Driver, you will be responsible for:

Safely operating a Tractor Loader Backhoe (TLB) in accordance with operational and safety standards

Conducting daily pre-operation inspections of the TLB and reporting any defects

Loading, excavating, backfilling and moving materials as required

Transporting equipment and materials where required using a valid C1 driver’s licence

Assisting with waste management, site maintenance and operational projects

Following health, safety and environmental procedures at all times

Supporting the operations team to ensure projects are completed efficiently

Working overtime when operational requirements demand

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)

Valid TLB Operator Certificate

Valid C1 Driver’s Licence

Previous experience operating a TLB (advantageous)

Good verbal communication skills

Ability to work under pressure in varying operational environments

Strong commitment to safety and compliance

Reliable, responsible and hardworking

Willingness to work overtime when required
