Job Description

**Debt Collection Team Leader**

NFD Consulting, A dynamic Debt Collection Firm based in Bryanston, is seeking to hire a suitably experienced Debt Collection Team Leader to join our growing team.

**Minimum Requirements:**

– At least 2 years’ experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role within a debt collection environment.
– Public sector debt collection experience will be advantageous.
– Strong leadership, coaching and team motivation skills.
– Performance-driven with the ability to drive team performance, achieve collection targets, and foster a high-performance culture.
– Proven ability to develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximise recoveries.
– Excellent communication, problem-solving and performance management skills.

Pay: R13 000,00 – R15 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
