Job Description

Key Responsibilities

– Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes, milling machines, or machining centers.
– Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
– Load raw materials and unload finished components.
– Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments to maintain quality.
– Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
– Replace cutting tools and perform routine machine maintenance.
– Record production data and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues.
– Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Required Skills and Qualifications

– High school diploma & CNC training certificate.
– Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
– Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T is preferred.
– Knowledge of precision measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.
– Basic understanding of CNC programming (ALPHACAM)
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.

Preferred Qualifications

– 3-5 years of CNC machining experience.
– Familiarity with ALPHACAM 2025

Pay: From R11 960,56 per month

Work Location: In person
