Experience: 3 years of articles plus 2 years post-articles

Key Performance Areas
Financial Department Management
Deliver accurate monthly financial management reports for dealerships by the 7th.
Ensure compliance with company policies on parts aging, demo depreciation, and used vehicle depreciation; generate reports and communicate findings to the General Manager.
Perform reconciliations for all control accounts.
Monitor expense movements in Easi BI, reconciling back to management reports and Evolve.
Maintain cashbooks regularly, including monthly reconciliations across all bank accounts.
Process receipts for vehicle payments and sundry invoices, ensuring timely allocation.
Allocate warranty payments and OEM incentives monthly, and follow up on unpaid claims.
Oversee payment documentation, load daily payments, and submit for GM authorisation.
Conduct bi-weekly reviews of outstanding debtor and creditor balances with clerks.
Manage monthly creditor payments after verifying balances.
Track outstanding service and parts cash weekly, liaising with managers and advisors.
Provide cross-departmental support, including logging tickets on the Evolve Support Portal.
Payroll Input & Verification
Submit payroll input sheets with supporting documentation to HR before deadlines.
Verify monthly commission and incentive calculations for all eligible employees.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Determine staffing requirements and training needs to meet quality standards.
Conduct monthly performance reviews and track employee progress.
Motivate, mentor, and encourage team members to maintain a high-performance culture.
Lead recruitment processes, including interviews and final appointments.
Organise team-building initiatives to foster positivity and strengthen relationships.
