About the role

National Debt Advisors is one of South Africa’s leading debt counselling firms, helping over-indebted consumers regain financial control and peace of mind. As we move into our new Bellville office from **1 September**, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for driven, target-focused **Debt Review Sales Consultants** to join us.

If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, have a passion in helping over indebted clients become financially free , and want to earn strong commission while genuinely helping people out of debt, this is the role for you.

**What you’ll do**

– Handle inbound and outbound leads from consumers looking for debt relief.
– Assess each client’s financial situation and explain how debt review can help them.
– Guide clients through the debt review sign-up process from first contact to close.
– Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
– Build rapport and trust with clients during what is often a stressful time for them.

What we’re looking for

– **Minimum 2 years of sales experience** (essential).
– **Debt review / debt counselling sales experience is a strong advantage.**
– A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Excellent communication and telephone skills.
– Confident, resilient, and self-motivated with a strong closing ability.
– Computer literate and comfortable working with a CRM system.
– Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
– Able to work from our **Bellville office from 1 September**.
