Duties & Responsibilities

Perform audit fieldwork for a variety of clients across different industries.

Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements.

Prepare and process working papers in accordance with SAICA standards.

Perform reconciliations and analyse financial information.

Assist with tax compliance and statutory submissions.

Communicate professionally with clients and build strong working relationships.

Ensure assignments are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Develop a strong understanding of auditing, accounting, and financial reporting standards.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Completed or currently completing a BCom Accounting degree or equivalent SAICA-accredited qualification.

Intention to complete or currently completing SAICA articles.

Strong academic record.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport (advantageous).

Eager to learn and develop within a professional accounting environment.
