An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Junior Financial Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation. This role is ideal for a finance professional looking to take the next step into a management position while working closely with senior leadership and supporting a high-performing finance team.

: 
✅ BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✅ Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles (advantageous).
✅ 3–5 years’ relevant accounting or finance experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
✅ Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
✅ Experience preparing management accounts.
✅ Sound knowledge of VAT and South African financial regulations.
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
✅ Experience working on ERP or accounting systems.
✅ Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
