Introduction
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their hospitality team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service.

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar during your shift.

Lead, motivate and supervise front-of-house staff.

Ensure exceptional customer service and professionally resolve guest queries.

Assist with staff scheduling and daily operational requirements.

Monitor stock control, cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.

Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.

Support the management team in maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Previous experience in a Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality management role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Sound knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality best practices.

Experience using a POS system will be advantageous.

Hospitality qualification would be an advantage

Good wine knowledge will be an advantage
