About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative specializing in used vehicles for our Isuzu dealership in Vereeniging. In this customer-focused role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our inventory of pre-owned vehicles, ensuring a positive buying experience for clients while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
– Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
– Showcase and demonstrate a range of used Isuzu vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
– Negotiate sales agreements and financing options, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and market trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for used vehicle sales.
– Follow up on leads generated through various channels, providing timely and professional communications.
– Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.

Requirements
– Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
– Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach to sales.
– Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
– Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential.
– Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications
– Experience with Isuzu vehicles or knowledge of the automotive market.
– Relevant sales certifications or training in automotive sales.
– Familiarity with financing and insurance products related to vehicle sales.
– Bilingual abilities are an advantage, enhancing customer engagement.
