Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a portfolio of approximately 8–10 retail stores within a defined region
• Drive sales growth and improve store profitability
• Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers and their teams
• Ensure operational excellence, including visual merchandising, stock control, and compliance
• Analyse sales performance and implement action plans to drive results
• Support new store openings, promotions, and business growth initiatives
• Ensure brand consistency and customer experience across all stores
• Build talent pipelines and develop future retail leaders

• Proven experience in multi-site retail leadership
• Strong commercial and operational management skills
• Ability to coach, influence, and build high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of accountability and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Retail Management, Business Management, or a related field; a Degree or advanced qualification is advantageous
• Valid driver’s license
• 5+ years’ experience in a senior multi-site retail leadership role
• Experience within furniture, homeware, lifestyle, or a related retail environment is advantageous
