A leading supply chain technology and consulting company is looking for an experienced Professional Services Manager to join their team in Midrand.

About the role

This position is suited to a strategic and customer-focused professional with strong experience in software implementation, supply chain operations, and team leadership. The role will involve a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Leading and managing the Professional Services and support teams
• Facilitating client workshops and overseeing solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation activities
• Managing project delivery, including resource allocation, budgets, reporting, invoicing, and task completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle
• Overseeing support operations, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are maintained and customer escalations are resolved timeously
• Mentoring and developing team members through coaching, guidance, and performance management
• Managing customer accounts and identifying opportunities to expand existing business relationships
• Driving business development initiatives and identifying new revenue opportunities
• Participating in company development initiatives and continuous process improvement
• Staying up to date with industry developments and supply chain technology solutions

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a Related Field
• 6–8 Years’ Experience in Software Consulting, Software Implementation, and/or Software Support
• Intermediate to Advanced SQL Scripting Experience
• 8+ Years’ Operational Experience and Understanding of Supply Chain Processes
• 4–5 Years’ Experience Working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
