Job Description
We’ve got a position available for an outbound client care consultant – value added products
Company: King Price
Purpose of the position:
Providing superior service to internal and external clients. Selling value added products in order to retain existing clients and attract new business for the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Upselling a variety of products to existing clients
- Maintaining quality standards in line with King Price’s values
- Assisting with client queries and updates
Requirements:
- Matric or matric equivalent (essential)
- RE5 (essential)
- Full FAIS Qualification (advantageous)
- Previous call centre experience, preferably in client care and/or sales environments (essential)
- Excellent product knowledge
Skills and Attributes:

- Excellent attention to detail and quality oriented
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and objection handling skills
- Deadline and results driven
- Ability to cooperate and communicate with all levels of management and with external clients
