Location: Centurion, Gauteng (Office-Based)

Salary: R360,000 – R700,000 CTC per annum (Depending on Experience)

Probation: 6 Months

About the Opportunity

Our client, a growing software development company based in Centurion, is looking to appoint three Mid-Level Full Stack Software Developers to join their expanding development team.

This is an excellent opportunity for developers who enjoy building modern web applications, working with a variety of technologies, and contributing to the design and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The successful candidates will initially work full-time from the office, with hybrid working arrangements to be reviewed after six months.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance and maintain enterprise software applications.

Design, build and implement scalable, secure and high-performing solutions.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software issues.

Optimise application performance and database efficiency.

Assist in system architecture and solution design.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.

Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.

Minimum Requirements

3+ years’ professional software development experience.

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline (advantageous).

Strong Full Stack development experience.

Solid understanding of software development principles and application architecture.

Experience working in collaborative development teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
