What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the Store the day-to-day running of the store
  • Leading, motivating, and developing team members to deliver their very best
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Assisting with staff scheduling, stock control, and daily administration
  • Driving sales and helping the store achieve its targets
  • Maintaining brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety requirements
  • Monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Stepping up to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager

  • Previous experience in a supervisory, or junior management role

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential)
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory, Assistant Manager, or Junior Store Manager role within the QSR, fast food, restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Experience with stock control and cash handling
  • Basic computer literacy and administrative skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Reliable transport to and from work
  • A clear criminal record
  • South African citizenship or a valid work permit
  • A strong desire to build a long-term career in operations and progress into senior leadership roles
