The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Software Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with senior developers and product managers to build and maintain high-quality software. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level developer to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment, learn industry best practices, and level up their coding skills.

Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

· Write Code: Assist in writing clean, well-documented, and efficient code under the guidance of senior developers.

· Troubleshoot & Debug: Identify, report, and resolve software defects and bugs to ensure optimal application performance.

· Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define feature requirements and deliver solutions.

· Participate in Code Reviews: Engage in peer code reviews to learn best practices and ensure code quality standards are met.

· Continuous Learning: Actively research and learn new technologies, frameworks, and programming languages to improve your technical skill set.

· Documentation: Assist in creating and updating technical documentation for internal systems and software features.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements & Qualifications

· Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of fundamental programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.

· Programming Languages: Familiarity with at least one core programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or Ruby).

· Version Control: Basic understanding of Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).

· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a logical approach to solving complex problems.

· Attitude: Excellent communication skills, highly motivated, and a strong desire to learn and take constructive feedback.

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points)

· A portfolio of personal projects, a populated GitHub profile, or contributions to open-source software.

· Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs).

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases.
