We are looking for a **Junior Sales Leader** to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has previously supervised or led a sales team and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead, motivate and support a team of Sales Agents.
– Ensure the team consistently works towards and achieves monthly sales targets.
– Set daily and weekly sales objectives for the team.
– Monitor individual and team performance.
– Provide coaching, guidance and motivation to team members.
– Assist team members in improving their sales techniques and performance.
– Track sales results and provide regular feedback to management.
– Maintain a positive, productive and professional team environment.
– **Personally achieve your own individual sales targets.**
– Lead by example by actively participating in the sales process.
– Identify challenges affecting team performance and assist in resolving them.

Requirements

– Previous experience **leading, supervising or managing a sales team** is essential.
– Previous sales experience is essential.
– Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
– Confident and comfortable motivating others.
– Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
– Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
– Must be reliable, punctual and professional.
– Must be willing to lead from the front and **sell alongside the team**.
