Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain software applications and business solutions

Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, coding, testing, and deployment activities

Develop new features and enhancements across multiple applications and systems

Analyse business and technical requirements to deliver effective software solutions

Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve application issues and performance challenges

Create and maintain technical documentation and system specifications

Support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of applications

Collaborate with clients, users, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

Participate in quality assurance and testing activities

Identify opportunities for system improvements and technology enhancements

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field

Equivalent practical experience will also be considered

Proven experience developing software applications using C# and .NET technologies

Experience building web, desktop, mobile, or cloud-based applications

Experience working with relational databases and data-driven systems

Exposure to software development within collaborative project environments

Experience with application integrations and API development advantageous

Strong C# and .NET development capabilities

Experience developing and consuming REST APIs

Knowledge of SQL and relational database design

Experience with Entity Framework and modern development practices

Understanding of source control tools such as Git

Exposure to cloud platforms and modern application architectures advantageous

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Strong planning, organisational, and time-management abilities

Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development

Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
