✅ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
✅ 3–5 years’ experience in an e-commerce, digital product, or digital marketing role.
✅ Experience managing e-commerce platforms and online product catalogues.
✅ Strong understanding of customer journey optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
✅ Experience working with CMS and e-commerce platforms.
✅ Strong analytical skills with experience using digital analytics tools.
✅ Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
