Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to take ownership of daily office administration and reporting. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and organisational ability are key.
Experience & Qualifications
- Matric (required)
- 2–3 years’ administrative experience (advantageous)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Deadline-driven, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Gather information from QS Estimator and complete JBCC forms for guarantee applications
- Liaise with clients regarding guarantee requirements and delivery of final guarantees
- Assist buyer with verifying goods against purchase orders and receipting
- Collect and maintain supplier BBEE certificates and company documentation
- Track machine rental costs across sites
- Maintain updated job lists and prepare job files
- Compile operational reports as required
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
