Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to take ownership of daily office administration and reporting. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and organisational ability are key.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Matric (required)
  • 2–3 years’ administrative experience (advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Deadline-driven, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather information from QS Estimator and complete JBCC forms for guarantee applications
  • Liaise with clients regarding guarantee requirements and delivery of final guarantees
  • Assist buyer with verifying goods against purchase orders and receipting
  • Collect and maintain supplier BBEE certificates and company documentation
  • Track machine rental costs across sites
  • Maintain updated job lists and prepare job files
  • Compile operational reports as required
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
