Job Description
The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in requirements management, business process reengineering, and systems integration, with the ability to articulate the big picture while managing detailed execution
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects with full oversight of scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
- Develop project plans that align customer requirements with company objectives.
- Represent project management from concept through design, build, test, and delivery.
- Lead project meetings, reviews, and customer interactions.
- Maintain risk registers and adjust projects when scope, quality, time, or resources change.
- Travel as needed to represent Mi-C3 with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Mi-C3’s project management best practices.
Job Requirements
- Strong project leadership skills with a foundation in PMBOK principles.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects (scope, cost, schedule, personnel).
- Skilled in risk identification, gap analysis, and problem resolution.
- Solid experience in the Telco/Towerco industry.
- Deep knowledge of the eTOM Business Process Framework.
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (15+ years).
