Job Description

Requirements

 

Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Public Management / Supply Chain Management / Business Management / Office Management and Technology / Project Management / Property Management and/or Built Environment (NQF Level 6). Minimum 3 years’ experience at supervisory level in Public-Private Partnerships environment. Valid driver’s licence.

Duties

 

Monitor the execution of capital works planned maintenance project within DLRRD. Ensure intervention follow up of projects with DPWI. Attend client forum meetings. Support execution of detailed financial analysis of PPP projects. Facilitate communication between Department and PPP private party.
