iStore is the home of everything Apple, and Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller. With a retail footprint of more than 30 physical and online stores across Africa that provide expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, training and technical support for anything and everything Apple.

Within the iStore, our Concierge’s mission is discovering customer’s needs. You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers into the iStore and ensuring all customers are directed accordingly to receive efficient service.

*This role is ideal for someone that would need a little flexibility and not a full time role at current. You will be required to work 138 hours per month.*

**You need to have:**

– Completed Matric
– Sales Experience/Customer Service Experience
– Passionate about our products and assisting customers
