✅ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
✅ Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Relationship Management, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, or Corporate Banking.
✅ Proven track record in business development and portfolio management.
✅ Strong understanding of credit assessment and financial statement analysis.
✅ Knowledge of banking products, lending principles, and risk management.
✅ Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
✅ Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites where required.
