Technical Sales Manager (Steel Body Manufacturing, Truck Body building)

Minimum requirements:

Proven experience as a Technical Sales Manager in the steel body manufacturing, truck body building.
Strong knowledge of products such as Tipper Bodies, Water Tankers, Drop Side Bodies, and Vacuum Tankers
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong negotiation and communication abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
Manage and expand existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports
Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the manufacturing and transport sectors
