Job Description
Salary: R338 106 per annum
Location: Pretoria
Reference: 13
Requirements:
National Diploma (NQF 6) in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related qualification. At least one year of experience in financial management or a similar field. Solid knowledge of financial management, accounting, business practices, BAS, and Public Service Financial Legislative Frameworks. Ability to apply policies, strategies, and legislation. Must be able to work under pressure, independently or in a team, and manage conflict effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, good computer literacy, and advanced financial management skills are essential.
Duties:
Compile MTEF, ENE, and AENE databases following Treasury Guidelines. Ensure quality of inputs, consolidate, and prepare information for budgeting processes. Capture all budgets on BAS, including rollovers, fund shifts, and virements. Manage in-year monitoring (IYM) processes and ensure compliance with PFMA and Treasury regulations. Provide monthly expenditure reports against cash flow.
