KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Lead the Projects & Planning, Infrastructure & Maintenance functions.
- Organisational Unit Staff Management.
- Financial Planning & Budgeting.
- Infrastructure Maintenance Planning Management.
- Infrastructure Project Management for Large Capital Projects.
- Infrastructure / Built Environment Maintenance Management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in Built Environment.
- 10 years’ minimum experience in the Built Environment.
- 5 years’ minimum experience in management of infrastructure maintenance.
- 3 years in managerial capacity, leading a team of professionals.
- Proven experience in project management track record in the built environment.
ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES:
- Professional registration with relevant built environment body.
- Registration as a Project Manager with a relevant body.
- Built Environment Maintenance experience
- Experience in a higher education context an added advantage
- Up to date with latest technologies & AI requirements & enhancements.
