Job Description

We’re seeking a driven and highly organised Logistics Coordinator to oversee and streamline logistics operations. This is a fast‑paced role where you’ll manage shipments, build strong client relationships, and ensure smooth coordination across suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate and manage local and international logistics operations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Schedule, track, and execute logistics activities efficiently
  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams
  • Oversee basic financial processes (orders, debtors, creditors)
  • Handle office administration related to logistics operations
  • Ensure deadlines are met and operational targets achieved

  • Proven experience in logistics management
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Basic financial knowledge (orders, debtors, creditors)
  • Office administration experience
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive team player
