Minimum Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ recruitment experience, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Proven track record in candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Screen and interview candidates according to client requirements.
  • Prepare and brief candidates for client interviews.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.

Recruitment Process Management

  • Match suitable candidates to client vacancies.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through to placement.
  • Assist with offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.

Client & Relationship Management

  • Support client account management and uphold strong service levels.
  • Provide regular communication and feedback to clients and candidates.
  • Identify opportunities for additional placements within existing accounts.
  • Assist with business development initiatives when required.
