Job Description

Salary: R338 106 – R398 277 per year (Level 07, basic salary)

Location: Limpopo, Medium Office, Giyani

 

Requirements: A relevant undergraduate qualification in Public Management, Public Administration, Operations, Business Management, Administration, Law, or Social Science at NQF level 6, recognized by SAQA. At least 1 year of experience in operations, client, or customer service. Knowledge of front office operations, various filing systems, and fingerprint verification. Understanding of the Civic Services and Public Service Regulatory Frameworks, as well as supply chain management processes. A valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, and ability to work extended hours, including occasional weekends and overtime.

 

Skills: Computer literacy, analytical thinking, planning and organizing, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, financial administration, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, clerical and administrative abilities, professionalism, compassion, conscientiousness, patriotism, honesty, and integrity.

 

Duties: Oversee daily civic service operations in the office. Ensure effective service delivery and support staff where standards are not met. Prepare quality reports on turnaround times and error rates. Implement quality assurance measures to improve service delivery. Ensure proper safekeeping of records per DHA requirements. Assign tasks to staff and monitor progress against targets. Complete end-of-day procedures for reporting, identifying issues, and tracking performance.
