Job Description
1. Role Responsibilities
-
Assist the Site Manager with daily site operations
-
Conduct quality checks and complete QA checklists
-
Supervise wet trades and finishing to maintain high standards
-
Manage RFIs and QA processes using Fieldlens or similar systems
-
Support setting-out activities to ensure construction accuracy
-
Compile daily and weekly progress reports
-
Maintain site documentation and administrative compliance
-
Contribute to achieving safety, quality, and programme targets
2. Qualifications
-
Relevant Degree or Diploma in Construction or Engineering (Qualified Site Engineer)
-
Valid driver’s licence and own transport
3. Experience
-
2–3 years’ site experience, preferably in commercial construction
4. Knowledge and Skills
-
Strong administrative skills, including QA documentation management
-
Experience with Fieldlens or similar QA/RFI systems (training provided if required)
-
Good understanding of wet trades and finishing work
-
Ability to supervise multiple subcontractors
-
Basic setting-out knowledge (advanced training will be provided)

Excellent attention to detail and quality control

Strong communication and reporting skills
