Job Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to manage hard and soft services operations across the sites, ensuring effective maintenance planning, asset reliability, contractor management, compliance, and operational efficiency while meeting client requirements. 

What you will be doing

• Plan and allocate maintenance activities
• Prioritize repairs and maintenance requirements
• Escalate operational risks and technical issues
• Manage work permits and contractor activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Recommend maintenance improvements and operational efficiencies

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering discipline
• Relevant facilities/MEP maintenance experience
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance teams
• Experience in CMMS systems and reporting
• Experience in operational maintenance planning
• Preventive and reactive maintenance management
• Technical troubleshooting
• Budget and cost awareness
• Vendor/contractor management
• CMMS and record management
• Reporting and documentation
