Job Description
A dynamic supply chain environment Company is looking for an experienced MRP Controller with strong expertise in material requirements planning, SAP, Ariba, and advanced Excel capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials through effective planning, procurement coordination, and data-driven analysis to support production and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage MRP processes to ensure continuous material availability for production
• Execute procurement activities using SAP and Ariba systems
• Monitor purchase orders and track supplier performance
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to align material planning with business requirements
• Analyse inventory levels and forecast demand to optimise procurement strategies
• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and discrepancies
• Develop reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ISO standards, EHS, and quality procedures
• Support and drive supply chain cost-saving initiatives
• Adhere to company procedures and operational practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in MRP, procurement, or supply chain management
• Strong proficiency in SAP and Ariba procurement modules
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong ability to manage multiple priorities
