A leading facilities and infrastructure services company is looking for an experienced Senior Plumber with extensive experience in commercial, industrial, and bulk water systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing plumbing installations, maintenance, and emergency repairs across a critical operational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee domestic and commercial plumbing installations and maintenance.
• Install, maintain, and repair bulk water and stormwater systems.
• Manage sewer reticulation systems, including macerators, sewer pump stations, and septic tanks.
• Install, operate, and maintain sewer treatment plant systems.
• Conduct installation and maintenance of fire water systems and fire protection infrastructure.
• Service and maintain fire booster pump systems and bulk fire storage systems.
• Install and maintain water booster pump systems.
• Perform borehole installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing and infrastructure faults.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Lead plumbing projects and provide technical guidance where required.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and critical maintenance requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Liaise with management regarding project progress, maintenance requirements, and operational risks.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Trade Test Certificate in Plumbing.
• Minimum of 15 years’ plumbing experience.
• Strong experience in commercial, industrial, and bulk water infrastructure.
• Proven experience with sewer reticulation, treatment plants, and pump systems.
• Knowledge of fire water systems, booster pumps, and fire storage infrastructure.
• Experience with borehole installations and maintenance.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Must be willing to participate in a 24/7 standby roster.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Must reside in or near Musina or Beitbridge.
