Job Description
We currently require a Retail Branch Manager specializing in Tools and Machinery at our Springs Branch.
You will lead the operational and sales performance of our Springs location. This pivotal role focuses on driving branch growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the retail branch, ensuring effective management of stocking, merchandising, and sales processes related to tools and machinery.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, fostering a collaborative and high-energy workplace while providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with corporate objectives to maximize profitability and market share.
- Monitor branch performance metrics, analyzing sales data and customer trends to make informed decisions and initiate action plans.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Manage inventory control processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and address any operational challenges.
Requirements
- Proven track record in retail management, preferably in the tools and machinery sector or a related industry.
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated in leading teams and driving sales performance.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and financial principles.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage a diverse customer base and staff.
- Proficient in utilizing retail management software and basic Microsoft Office applications.

- Salary: Negotiable with Benefits available
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 and Saturdays 08:00 – 13:00
