Main purpose / objective of the position:
To receive and handle walk-in clients and visitors and to answer switchboard in such a way that it projects a professional image of the office.  General administrative tasks will also form part of this position as part of support to the entire team. Maintains a positive and professional image of the company through management of the reception area. Attends to visitors in welcoming, pleasant and courteous manner. Directs customers to correct individuals or departments and resolves queries timeously.

Experience / Education:
Grade 12 Senior Certificate

Knowledge & Skills:

Computer literate

Switchboard

Strong verbal and communication skills

Telephone skills
