A leading property development company is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Consultant to join their team in the Western Cape. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with strong people skills and a passion for sales to build a successful career in the property industry. Full product and sales training will be provided, making this role ideal for experienced sales professionals as well as candidates with the right attitude and potential.

Responsibilities:

 • Proactively source and generate new sales leads through networking, marketing initiatives, and referrals.
 • Present and sell residential properties to prospective buyers in a professional and engaging manner.
 • Conduct property viewings and effectively communicate property features, benefits, and value.
 • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
 • Manage the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to deal closure and after-sales support.
 • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
 • Stay informed of market trends, property values, and relevant industry regulations.
 • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales documentation.

Requirements:

 • Grade 12 / Matric (required).
 • Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (required).
 • Previous sales experience in any industry is advantageous.
 • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
 • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
 • Willingness to learn, grow, and succeed within the property industry.
 • Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
