Job Description
Salary: R201,093 per year
Centre: Durban Labour Centre
Requirements: Matric/Grade 12/Senior Certificate. Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles, DOL policies and procedures, Access to Public Premises and Vehicles Act, evacuation procedures, Promotion of Access to Information Act, and the Criminal Procedure Act. Skills needed include verbal and written communication, interpersonal relations, problem-solving, conflict management, and computer literacy.
Duties: Monitor activities at the access control point, oversee the control room to detect unlawful movement around the building, provide front-line services to clients, patrol the building to ensure safety, and manage deliveries at the Durban Labour Centre.
