Position: Chemical Engineer

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced chemical engineers to join our team. In this role, you will conduct research and develop solutions aimed at reducing the environmental impact of our manufacturing processes. You will also play a key role in designing and implementing safety procedures across operations.

Your work will focus on industrial processes that transform raw materials into products of greater economic and social value. A central responsibility will be monitoring and evaluating production performance, while also planning equipment layouts to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to develop innovative and sustainable manufacturing processes.
• Establish and implement safety procedures for handling hazardous chemicals.
• Design processes for separating liquid and gas components or generating electrical currents through controlled chemical reactions.
• Plan and design equipment layouts to optimize efficiency.
• Perform tests and monitor production processes to ensure consistent performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in manufacturing processes.
• Assess equipment and processes for compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Estimate production costs and provide input for management decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in chemical engineering or a related role.
• BEng, BTech, or BSc in Chemical Engineering (or higher).
• Strong grasp of engineering and mathematical principles.
• Genuine interest in chemistry and innovation.
• Project and resource management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams when required.
• Creativity and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong IT proficiency.
