  • Apply OS updates, patches, kernel upgrades, and security hardening.
  • Respond to outages with urgency, diagnosing and restoring systems effectively.
  • Define and enforce governance standards (SOPs, security baselines, change control).
  • Enhance monitoring, alerting, and performance reporting.
  • Oversee backups, restores, and disaster recovery testing.
  • Troubleshoot performance, networking, and hosting issues at the system level.
  • Document infrastructure, build processes, and recovery procedures.
  • Partner with support teams on escalated technical issues.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation when required.

  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
  • Strong documentation and process discipline.
  • Ability to work independently and mentor junior admins.

Certification (Mandatory): Valid Linux certification (RHCSA, RHCE, or equivalent). Applications without certification will not be considered.

Preferred Experience

  • Managing production cPanel/WHM environments.
