Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Assist management with day-to-day office administration and operational duties

  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure records remain accurate and up to date

Financial Administration

  • Manage debtors and creditors accounts, including invoicing and payment follow-ups

  • Support the financial officer with financial administration tasks

Petty Cash & Accounts

  • Maintain petty cash records and assist with invoice and statement processing

Human Resources Administration

  • Support basic HR processes including maintaining employee records and staff registers

  • Assist with personnel administration and documentation

Reception Support

  • Handle incoming calls professionally and assist with front-desk duties when necessary

Minimum Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric)

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or financial support role

  • Basic understanding of debtors, creditors, and financial administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365

  • Experience with Pastel / Sage Pastel Accounting (Xpress)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
