Job Description
Responsible for driving account growth, ensuring compliance with global frameworks, and building strong client relationships. This role combines business development, operational support, and safety compliance to deliver value to both the company and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse account potential and identify opportunities for future growth.
- Conduct share-of-wallet and opportunity analyses to maximize client value.
- Ensure full compliance with Global Framework Agreements.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and investment calculations.
- Develop, implement, and update annual account business plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mine management teams.
- Act as the primary contact for coordinated product and service delivery.
- Track account activity and business opportunities.
- Provide insights on innovation and operational improvements.
- Implement and uphold global EHS standards.
- Contribute to reducing Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR).
- Ensure compliance with SHEQ policies, targets, and KPIs.
Profile Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Formal qualification in Business, Mining, or Engineering.
- Computer literacy and English proficiency.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Knowledge of mining equipment and services (advantageous).
- Mine Overseer Certificate of Competence (advantageous).
- Strong sales, business development, and value-delivery skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and goal-driven.
