Job Description

Responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, overseeing front office operations, and ensuring a seamless hospitality experience in a lodge or luxury hotel environment. This role combines leadership, organisational skills, and a passion for tourism and wildlife hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or Hotel Management.
  • Additional training in Guest Relations or Front Office Management (advantageous).

Experience

  • 3–5 years’ hospitality experience, ideally in a game lodge, safari lodge, or luxury hotel.
  • Previous front office or guest relations experience.
  • Exposure to working in a remote lodge environment (beneficial).
