Job Purpose

Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and reliability of all building systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant facilities while meeting client SLAs and KPIs.

What you will be doing

• Manage preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance of MEP systems.
• Supervise contractors and ensure quality of work and HSE compliance.
• Conduct routine inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor asset performance and maintain maintenance records in the CAFM system.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare engineering reports and ensure statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality FM services.

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of Facilities Management or building maintenance experience.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and BMS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
