✅ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
✅ 5+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior generalist HR role.
✅ Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, including the BCEA, LRA, EEA, and Skills Development Act.
✅ Experience supporting multiple business units within a retail, FMCG, logistics, manufacturing, or operational environment.
✅ Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and change management.
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
✅ Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required.
