Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Specialist Technician-Service to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be performing routine maintenance and repair services on equipment and machinery. The Specialist Technician-Service will troubleshoot and diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs in a timely manner to ensure minimal downtime for our clients.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct routine maintenance and repair services on equipment and machinery
– Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment
– Recommend solutions and provide estimates for repair work
– Complete repairs efficiently and effectively
– Maintain accurate records of work completed
– Communicate with clients to provide updates on repair status and recommendations for ongoing maintenance
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of service department

Qualifications:
– Qualified Automotive Technician
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in service technician role
– Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
– Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
