We’re seeking an experienced and delivery-focused .NET Developer to support the ongoing delivery of multiple projects within a fast-paced consulting environment.
The successful person will be a strong hands-on developer who can work with minimal supervision, contribute across the full software development lifecycle, and help reduce key-person dependency across critical delivery workstreams. This role requires a proactive individual who can take ownership of development tasks, contribute to solution delivery, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do:
Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies.
Contribute across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis through to deployment and support.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and service-based applications.
Build and enhance front-end applications using Angular or a similar component-based web framework.
Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, testers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Investigate application defects, analyse logs and telemetry data, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices.
Contribute to release planning, deployment activities, and post-release validation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in mentoring Graduate and Junior Developers where required.
Your Expertise:
Minimum 5 years’ professional software development experience.
Demonstrable ownership and successful delivery across multiple software releases.
Skills:

C#

Angular or a similar modern component-based web framework
Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent relational database technologies

Proven experience with:
Git source control
Pull request workflows
Branching and merging strategies
Code reviews
Automated unit testing
CI/CD pipelines
Azure DevOps or equivalent DevOps tooling
Application Support
Ability to:
Troubleshoot and investigate production issues systematically
Gather and analyse application logs and telemetry
Identify and resolve root causes
Participate in release support and validation activities
