Introduction
Our client are seeking a detail-oriented, deadline-driven Auditor with completed Articles SAIPA or SAICA to join thier dynamic team based in thier Durban South office. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who has recently completed their training contract (articles) and is looking to grow their career within a supportive environment. The position primarily operates from local office, requiring only occasional, localized travel to client sites.

Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Conducting end-to-end audit procedures and financial assessments in compliance with regulatory standards.

Liaising professionally and confidently with clients to gather necessary documentation, resolve queries, and discuss audit findings.

Ensuring all audit assignments are executed efficiently and finalized within strict, predetermined deadlines.

Identifying financial risks, operational inefficiencies, or internal control gaps during the audit process.

Maintaining organized, high-quality working papers and audit files.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Completed BCom Degree in Accounting or Auditing (or equivalent relevant degree). Please note: No PGDA, Honours, or CIMA qualifications are required.

Experience: Successfully completed Articles under SAICA or SAIPA.

Location: Must reside within the Durban South area.

Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transport to comfortably travel to client sites on an occasional basis.
