Shipment management, from end-to-endIndent Monitoring on a daily basis for airfreight & ocean freight shipmentsStatus reports sent to clients as requiredMonitor and co-ordinate airline release & post authorities releasePro-Actively communicating and resolving queries or delays to ClientsPro-Actively controlling Clients shipmentsComplying to or supplying Client with costs & estimates to import shipments from the relevant origin accurately.Ensure all costs are recovered when accepted by the clientQuality checking of rates and collect charges on waybillsCo-ordination of communication between suppliers and ClientsCommunication and coordination with various suppliers involved in the Supply Chain
