<p><strong>Portfolio Management (Existing Customers)</strong></p>

<li>Maintain and grow existing customer base | maximize customer spending through cross-selling and up-selling.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>New Business Development</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify and pursue new business | reactivate dormant accounts and nurture relationships.</li>
<li>Confidently engage in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.</li>
<li>Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Sales Operations &amp; Reporting</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage all sales activities, proposals, presentations, and negotiations processes.</li>
<li>Capture all sales and activity data accurately in SAP Business One.</li>
<li>Weekly report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to drive client engagement.</li>
</ul>

<li>Attend regular industry and product training sessions.</li>
<li>Stay up to date on hygiene solutions, industry trends, and competitor activity.</li>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Essential:</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Matric or equivalent qualifications.</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in the Food Manufacturing or Hygiene industry.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Afrikaans advantageous).</li>
<li>Fully computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email).</li>
<li>Proven sales history with target-driven performance.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.</li>
<li>Ability to work from home, maintain a professional workspace with good internet connectivity.</li>
</ul>

<li>BCom or relevant Sales, Marketing, or Commercial degree</li>
<li>Experience with SAP Business One or other CRM systems</li>
