<li>2–3 years’ recruitment experience, preferably within an agency setting.</li>
<li>Proven track record in candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.</li>
<li>Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal).</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.</li>
<li>Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.</li>

<h4><strong>Candidate Sourcing &amp; Screening</strong></h4>

<li>Source candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, and headhunting.</li>
<li>Screen and interview candidates according to client requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare and brief candidates for client interviews.</li>
<li>Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.</li>

<h4><strong>Recruitment Process Management</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Match suitable candidates to client vacancies.</li>
<li>Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.</li>
<li>Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through to placement.</li>
<li>Assist with offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Client &amp; Relationship Management</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Support client account management and uphold strong service levels.</li>
<li>Provide regular communication and feedback to clients and candidates.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for additional placements within existing accounts.</li>
<li>Assist with business development initiatives when required.</li>
